If you missed the workout today you will hear about it on Monday. Coach Lance did a great job motivating everyone to push themselves. If you didn’t already know, Coach Lance is an excelled and renown chef, who cooks healthy delicious food. He brought me a batch of  killer home made paleo granola that probably wont last the day in our house! I had a serving of it with the ALL NEW So Delicious Coconut Milk Greek Yogurt in Raspberry flavor. AH MAZIN! (FYI the old So Delicious yogurt that is not Greek style is not so good, this is the first time I have ever tried the NEW greek cultured and boy oh boy is that an upgrade!)

Cheers to the 16 kick butt women who came out in the pouring rain to Sunrise class, on a MONDAY no less! Work ladies; you make a boot camp teacher PROUD!!!

There’s something about getting up above the valley that puts life into perspective. Nothing like a run up las trampas ridge to put your head back in place. A little peace of mind was found on the Ringtail Cat Trail with Rosie this am. A truly spectacular way to celebrate the wet sunrise!

“Whatever affects one directly, affects all indirectly. I can never be what I ought to be until you are what you ought to be. This is the interrelated structure of reality.”
Martin Luther King, Jr.

What a great man, let us all remember the path he paved for humanity, today and every day. Without his dedication, confidence, poise and conviction, none of us would have the great opportunities that we do today.  Thank you Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.,  for standing up for those in need, for fighting for what is right, for changing minds and making us proud to be American!

My niece Simone ROCKS. I’ll let this photo speak for me; ’nuff said.

As a Coach you know that the first month of the year is going to be BUSY! Every class this week has been full, and we are LOVING the high attendance and new people that are joining us! There was a whopping 22 women in the Sunrise Class, and we had the joy of a visit from Mari who is fighting against ovarian cancer like a champ. You go girl, ALL of us are behind you!

The Gash family of danville is close friends with some of our Sunrise Campers and recently lost their home to a fire. As a gesture of support our camp pulled together and bought them some little things that, in this unfortunate time, we knew they would not replace themselves.

The community around us is just as important as we are, and supporting those who have had tragedies like this is what makes us all feel good. I wanted to share this note with everyone so you could all enjoy their appreciation of our little gesture.

Though i dont know Mrs. Gash personally, i know her through some very AWESOME people in my life. She must be a great lady if she is friends with my campers! AND, she wrote he little note on Eco-friendly stationary, so she scored points with me! :)

Thanks to Stacy Roach for being a great friend to the Gash’s and giving this gift to their family on behalf of the Sunrise camp. I am honored to work with such a kind and thoughtful group of ladies!

Julie Dudum is awesome! She has been with Gumsaba since the beginning. Anyone who knows Julie thinks the world of her; she’s is real, honest and all around beautiful. Her uplifting happy energy is always welcome in class.

Julie and her husband Tony are due for Baby 3 in May and we are all very excited! She has continued to keep fit with Gumsaba through the pregnancys of their first 2 sons AJ and Rocco; we modify what she needs to, and in true Gumsaba spirit, she never lets what she can’t do get in the way of what she can. Julie also runs her own company,Dudum Real Estate Group, and somehow she still finds time to come to Boot Camp
